After reading a great book that basically said, “you must change your life style in order to gain maximum, vibrant health", I knew this was something I had to do!  Within 3 months after changing to an organic life style and eating raw and juicing, I felt like a different person and knew I was on my way to becoming vibrantly healthy!  I began to see a great change in my energy and how I felt.  I also started learning how to live a stress free, worry free, fear free life, a very important part of establishing & maintaining vibrant health.

My son’s babysitter introduced me to and helped me to start my very first organic garden in 1974. The radical change that came about in my health in a relatively short time, was phenomenal and I hate to think where I’d be today at age 62 if I had not made that change of life style and it has continued to be my life style for 35 years.

I feel vibrant, full of energy & do not get sick.  I stay away from processed and commercially grown foods as much as I possibly can. We were not created from chemicals; neither can we sustain life with them.  I have learned so much through the years and I have a passion to help others who are striving to live a vibrant, healthy life, free from sickness, disease, worry, stress, poverty and anything else that robs us from enjoying the abundant life our creator desires us to have! That is why “Seed Time to Harvest” was birthed and that is why we are dedicated to helping others live a healthy and vibrant life!
